Eastern Municipal Water District Retains ThirdWave for Rapid Workflow® Business Process Reengineering

Inland Empire Water District taps ThirdWave’s patented Rapid Workflow tool for As-Is and To-Be business process improvement workshops. The objective is to enhance the District’s key customer billing process. Data from the Rapid Workflow Process Models will be used to develop business, technical and functional specifications that will be inserted into a Request for Proposal for the procurement of a new contemporary billing solution. The new system will provide a contemporary system employing web-enabled capabilities and convenient online customer service.

This engagement is a follow-up project to the recently completed Information Technology Strategic Plan and Roadmap carried out by ThirdWave.
