City of Berkeley Seeks ThirdWave Expertise to Document Processes Using Rapid Workflow®

Once more, the City of Berkeley selected ThirdWave to capture their As-Is and To-Be processes using ThirdWave’s patent methodology, Rapid Workflow®. ThirdWave will assist the Toxic Division in Planning and the Environmental Health Division in HHCS by mapping their current and future workflows for the procurement of a Hazardous Waste Management System. With the combined experience and knowledge of Berkeley staff and ThirdWave, the City will be on track to improve their processes, procedures and technologies.

 

Rapid Workflow® utilizes business process modeling to evaluate management, operational and technology challenges in a given business process, letting staff and management contribute to defining solutions. It allows staff to focus on business process improvement and the technologies needed to improve service delivery to the public.
