Just wanted to let you know that we went live this past Sunday and introduced the new Pasadena on the WEB site to City Council on Monday night. It was very well received.

City of San Carlos: Website Redesign Needs Assessment

March 1, 2017

The City of San Carlos hired ThirdWave to complete a website needs assessment in fall 2016. ThirdWave used their years of experience to help us shape and define the type of research and outreach that should be conducted as part of this project. The project was very comprehensive and covered everything the City will need to move in to the next phase of the website design. Roy and his team were very easy and flexible to work with- answering questions and making adjustments along the way as needed. Most importantly the work was completed on time and on budget. We enjoyed working with Thirdwave and would be happy to work with them again and recommend them to other agencies. Kristen Flores Senior Management Analyst City Manager’s Office City of San Carlos

City of San Jose

April 19, 2010

During the 4th quarter of 2008 and the 1st quarter of 2009, ThirdWave provided consulting services to the City of San Jose. The project purpose was to conduct an assessment of the City’s web site and the policies, practices and staffing used to maintain the site. The final report titled “City of San Jose – Citywide Web Assessment” was published in February 2010.

ThirdWave was selected for this project due in large part to their demonstrated expertise in public sector web site assessments, the qualifications of their team and the level of customer satisfaction expressed by their client references. In addition, ThirdWave offered to bring assessment methodology to the project superior to the other proposers.

The ThirdWave team demonstrated competent and professional project management capabilities throughout the project. The ThirdWave Project Manager regularly communicated with and engaged the City’s PM throughout the project. These discussions included project logistical issues, how to overcome barriers, timing/scheduling and quality assurance.

ThirdWave exceeded our expectations with the overall quality of their work, their detailed background assessments and research, and the analysis/recommendations developed and presented to the City of San Jose. The engagement was completed on schedule and for less than the original contract amount (under budget).

Given the outstanding results that were achieved on this project, I would not hesitate to contract with ThirdWave again in the future.

University of California, Irvine: Guest Speaking

October 1, 2000

On behalf of the UC Irvine "Extranets: Building Business to Business Networks" course I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for delivering such a well-developed guest lecture. As you know, the group of participants came from 11 different countries all over the world. Your presentation was well received by all in attendance. Your extensive experience in the area of Intranets and Extranets helped them to understand practical applications and techniques relevant to their course of study. No doubt, many were motivated to pursue such projects when they returned home. Thank you for the outstanding contribution to both class participants and myself.
