ThirdWave has a strong reputation in the US for our project management capabilities, earned over decades of successful project delivery. The discipline and rigor applied to our PMO engagements comes from the project experience gained in the design and construction industry, which is where ThirdWave’s founder came from. ThirdWave’s Project Manager’s use the PMBOK methodology religiously. Our projects have included acting as the Project Management Office (PMO) for a number of government enterprise systems in the $1,000,000+ range:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including Tyler, Oracle and SAP: $3,000,000 - $8,000,000 system deployments 

• Enterprise Content Management Systems: OnBase, Documentum, FileNet, Laserfiche. Most of these projects included substantial backfile conversion components, i.e., tens of millions of pages, microfilm, and microfiche: $400,000 - $1,200,000

• Geographic Information Systems, including Esri and AutoCAD

• Networking/Communications infrastructure: LANs, WANs, Fiber Backbones

• Office Automation: hundreds of PCs, Servers, Plotters, and Scanners
