Our projects have included a variety of products and services including:

  • E-Government Strategic plans, e.g., cities of Sacramento, Austin and Pasadena.

  • Website redesign assessment, e.g., cities of Pasadena, Berkeley, San Carlos, Palo Alto, and others.

  • Government website redesigns, e.g., cities of Las Vegas and Pasadena

E-Government application development including: parks and recreation registration, business licenses, parking ticket payments, concert ticket purchases, development permitting, and public works estimating.  The most significant web-enabled application has been CAMM NET for OCTA (Orange County Transportation Authority), a totally paperless solicitation application.  (OCTA is the 4th largest transit operator in the US.)  This custom developed application is the oldest running government e-procurement application in the US. It was launched in 1999, supported by ThirdWave for 20 years, re-written in 2018, interfaced to the OCTA’s ERP and Facebook.
