City of Concord Retains ThirdWave to Act as Project Manager for e-Timesheet System Implementation

The City of Concord has selected ThirdWave to act as its representative project Management Office in monitoring and providing oversight of the NOVAtime vendor. This engagement underscores ThirdWave’s reputation in the IT industry as a firm known for delivering large IT projects on schedule and budget by rigorously employing the PMBOK™ project management methodology. Working in collaboration with City staff, management and the NOVAtime implementation team, we will shepherd the software roll-out. The focus will be on project compliance with the negotiated contract Scope of Work, schedule integrity, and monitoring the project budget, to a successful completion.
