City of Thousand Oaks Retains ThirdWave to Produce ITSP

City of Thousand Oaks is located over 56 square miles in eastern Ventura County, where Los Angeles ends and the Central Coast begins. Known for its oak trees, more than one-third of Thousand Oaks’ acreage is protected open space with 150 miles of trails for outdoor activities. The City population is approximately 126,500.

The City selected ThirdWave as their highly-qualified consultant to provide an IT Strategic Plan (ITSP). Specific tasks included management interviews and Rapid Workflow® business process improvement workshops, providing software, hardware, licensing, applications, staffing, budget, mobility, and usage recommendations.
