“Creating Our Future” City of Santa Ana Selects ThirdWave to Articulate IT Strategic Plan Roadmap

The City of Santa Council voted to award ThirdWave a contract to support the City’s Five-Year Strategic Plan, adopted on March 18, 2014. This critical engagement will align the use of Information Technologies with the City’s motto of “Creating Our Future.” “As one of the largest municipal IT Strategic Planning efforts underway in the State of California, we are proud to have been selected over other leading firms to execute this crucial project for the City of Santa Ana.” noted Roy Hernandez, President/CEO of ThirdWave Corporation. 
 
The project will focus on meeting a number of key objectives, for instance: educate the organization, foster a culture of innovation and efficiency, provide a clear roadmap to meet current and future service delivery needs to constituents, develop a roadmap to align IT with IT Strategic Planning stated goals and initiatives, and ensure the greatest value from investments in Information Technologies.
