This year Roy and Sergio Hernandez are recognized with a national award, the: Latino Coalition/AFLAC Civic Award for longstanding entrepreneurship and community service. Specifically, the executives of our firm were recognized for our work with low-income, non-profit organizations in communities of color 

 

Key Projects: BPR: City of West Sacramento. ITSP: California State Energy Commission. ECMS: California Dept. of Water Resources Feasibility Study, LA Fire & Police Pension Strategic Plan. SI: City of LA Bureau of Sanitation Infrastructure Assessment of 4 Treatment Plants and 32 pumping stations.
