Achievements

This is a year of multiple large projects for State Departments in Sacramento.

​

Key Projects: Established a continuous Improvement Team for CalSTRS, the second largest teacher retirement fund in the US. Also carried out Rapid Workflow Business Process Improvement projects identifying $30M business opportunity! IT Strategic Planning for the City of Sacramento, Documentum ECMS Implementation, and executed a CalSTRS Document/Records Management project for CalSTRS in advance of a new facility (40,000,000 hardcopy/microfilm/Microfiche documents) and IT Manager Outsourcing for the City of Lancaster IT Staff Outsourcing.
