Achievements

This year saw ThirdWave’s PMO Group take off, providing enterprise Project Management Services on ERP projects, IT Organization Optimization, and implementation of PMBOK PM best practices.

​

Key Projects: Delivered PMO projects to the San Gabriel Valley COG, cities of Burbank and Concord. Digital Strategic Plans were carried out for cities of Milpitas and Indio, and East Valley Water District. All were adopted and funded, maintaining our 98.8% success rate -- the best in the US. We re-engineered the LA MTA’s (third-largest US public transportation system) procurement and contract management processes. And the City of Berkeley retained us to execute several projects, including 20 Rapid Workflow® business process workshops and Rapid Workflow® certification training for all IT staff.
