ThirdWave Delivers Alameda County Water District IT Master Plan and Roadmap

Fremont, CA. ThirdWave has completed its 176th government IT Master Plan in the United States. The five (5)-year, $9 million IT Master Plan and Roadmap was developed through a highly participatory process involving Alameda County Water District (ACWD) staff, management, and the IT Department. The project utilized ThirdWave’s patented best-practice methodology, which collects and synthesizes diverse datasets to identify strategic operational, service delivery, and IT requirements.
This ITMP project represents ThirdWave’s 28th engagement with a Water District, further underscoring the firm’s growing leadership in California’s water and wastewater sector. The engagement promoted digital transformation, and an assessment of the rapidly evolving Information Technology landscape including ERP, CityWorks/CMMS/Well and Water Systems, and AI.
