City of Costs Mesa Picks ThirdWave for its IT Strategic Plan & Roadmap

The City of Berkeley has retained ThirdWave to provide ongoing Rapid Workflow® services on a variety of initiatives related to current and planned Information Technology initiatives. ThirdWave will work with business process owners and subject matter experts to identify business, functional and technical requirements.

​

Sample business processes to address include: Planning Development and Building Permitting, Contract Administrations, IT Governance, Work Order processing, Service Requests, Implementation of a Knowledge-based System, Human Resource Onboarding/Offboarding, Asset Management, Hardware/Software procurement, and procurement of a new Irrigation System for all city parks. Other initiatives will be added on an ongoing basis as needs arise.
