City of Centennial, Colorado, Selects ThirdWave for ERP Procurement

The City of Centennial awarded a second major contract to ThirdWave, to facilitate the entire ERP software selection process.

​

ThirdWave was selected because the City saw the value of the firm’s patented Rapid Workflow® method in a previous project. (The City retained ThirdWave to carryout its IT Startegic Plan & Roadmap in 2015, which was exceedingly successful, was adopted and funded.)

​

This project entailed developing ERP requirements, business process reengineering, ERP strategy, development of an ERP RFP, proposal evaluations, vendor benchmarks, selection, and contract negotiation. Noted Mitch Meir, the City’s Project Manager: “What impressed the City during the ERP project is the breadth of knowledge and expertise that ThirdWave has regarding ERP systems. It was a stroke of luck to have found ThirdWave during the IT Strategic Plan project, and their knowledge, professionalism and integrity was critical to the success of Centennial's ERP project.”
