ThirdWave Completes A Second ITMP Project for the City of Indio

City of Indio, CA. ThirdWave Corp completed its second IT Master Plan (ITMP) engagement with the City of Indio, following the successful completion of the City’s original ITMP in 2019. This marks ThirdWave’s 179th government IT Master Plan in the United States and Canada.

 

ThirdWave developed an updated ITMP and Implementation Roadmap to guide the City over the next five years with a budget of $1.3 million. The engagement included community outreach to promote digital equity and inclusion, as well as an assessment of the rapidly evolving Information Technology landscape including AI. ThirdWave’s continued relationship with the City of Indio reflects our commitment to supporting the long-term success of our clients.

The success of this project was due to the strong leadership of City Manager Jonathan Nicks, Ian Cozen, Information Technology Manager, the leadership team, and the highly professional staff at the City of Indio.
