Indio, City of Festivals, retains ThirdWave to Carry Out Website Assessment & Redesign RFP

ThirdWave is once again working with the City of Indio on a project that will enhance the public facing interface with their community. We have been retained to carry out an assessment of the City’s website for a subsequent redesign.

Having completed the City’s IT Strategic Plan in June of 2019, ThirdWave will offer our twenty-seven years of experience and expertise in municipal web-site assessment, design, development, and integration. 

​

The project entails a collaborative approach encompassing significant research, outreach and engagement, such as:

• Website benchmarking with other similarly-sized award winning cities and their government websites

• City of Indio website assessment including visual design and Google analytics

• Focus groups with City staff to address functional and technical requirements and website governance

• Online survey for City staff as well as the Indio community, in English and Spanish

• Producing a final assessment report

• Producing a Request for Proposal for the Website Redesign
