Costa Mesa Chooses ThirdWave for ITSP Refresh

Costa Mesa, CA. ThirdWave is re-selected by the City of Costa Mesa to complete their ITSP Refresh after carrying out the original ITSP in 2019. ThirdWave will produce an ITSP and Implementation Roadmap to guide the City for the next 5 years. The ITSP will include an assessment of the rapidly changing information technology landscape. The ITSP Refresh will be technologically strategic, fiscally responsible, and responsive to the needs of the City. The ITSP will also carry out community outreach to promote digital equity.

This is the fourth engagement with the City of Costa Mesa in six years, exemplifying ThirdWave’s commitment to the success of our clients. (ThirdWave is also completing an ERP procurement process and is about to play an advisory role in the ERP implementation phase. Stay tuned!)
