Planning for Tomorrow, Today: ThirdWave Delivers IT Strategic Plan: Phase 2 for Costa Mesa

Costa Mesa, CA. ThirdWave completes its fourth engagement with the City of Costa Mesa in six years, exemplifying ThirdWave’s commitment to the success of its clients. This engagement marks ThirdWave’s 179th government IT Master Plan. The 5-Year Phase 2 IT Strategic Plan and Roadmap represents an $8.5 million investment to strengthen the City’s infrastructure and ensure a sound foundation for its information systems well into the future.
Steve Ely, IT Director, commented the following regarding the project:

The keys to the project’s success were vigorous and disciplined project management. The IT Director went on to state:
