ThirdWave/Dublin San Ramon Services District Partner to Shape the Future of Information Technology with IT Master Plan

Dublin, CA. ThirdWave has completed its 178th government IT Master Plan (ITMP) in the United States and Canada. The five (5)-year, $6.4 million IT Master Plan and Roadmap, addressing a 10-year timeline, was developed through a highly participatory process involving DSRSD staff, management, and the IT Services Department. The project utilized ThirdWave’s patented best-practice methodology, which collects and synthesizes diverse datasets to identify strategic operational, service delivery, and IT requirements.
This ITMP project represents ThirdWave’s 31st engagement with a special district, further underscoring the firm’s growing leadership and expertise in California’s water and wastewater sector.
