ThirdWave Beats Gartner in Enterprise Content Management System Strategy Project in Texas County

At its regular meeting on October 15, 2013, the El Dorado Irrigation District Board of Directors awarded ThirdWave a two year On-call Professional Services Agreement from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. ThirdWave was one on several leading technology firms selected to provide Information Technology services.

ThirdWave’s Systems Integration Group was selected to provide the following professional and technical services:

• Consulting and assessment services • Planning and design services • Implementation and staff augmentation services • IT strategic planning services • Workflow process modeling, reengineering and automation services using our patented Rapid Workflow® methodology • Web-enabled service strategy, design and delivery services • Enterprise Electronic Document/Content Management, including taxonomy, technical / functional requirements, RFP development and systems design services • Systems analysis and integration • RFP/RFQ development and facilitation of the solicitation process, vendor selection, and contract negotiation • Program Management of large enterprise-wide projects using robust PMBOK project management practices
