City of Fairfield IT Department Receives training on ThirdWave Patented Rapid Workflow® Method

The CIO at the City of Fairfield, Savita Chaudhary, retained ThirdWave to train all 20 IT staff in ThirdWave’s patented Rapid Workflow® methodology 2024 Certification Training.

Rapid Workflow® employs business process modeling to assess management, operational and technology challenges in a given business process, allowing staff and management to contribute to defining solutions. It allows staff to focus on business process improvement and the technologies needed to enhance service delivery to the public.

All IT staff went through an intensive one-day class addressing As-Is and To-Be process modeling, detailed technical specification development, and business process improvement. City IT staff will use Rapid Workflow® to identify requirements, develop functional and technical specifications for RFPs, and the development of implementation roadmaps.
