ThirdWave to Hold 31 Rapid Workflow® Process Workshops for Tyler EnerGov Implementation

The City of Fairfield, CA has retained ThirdWave to assist in the implementation process of a Tyler EnerGov system. The objective of the project is to build upon work already done and produce a set of functional, technical and process performance specifications the project team can use to configure and deploy the EnerGov system.

Thirty seven business processes will be reviewed with stakeholders/business process owners using ThirdWave’s patented Rapid Workflow® methodology.  The project will identify business process improvement opportunities to be achieved with the new EnerGov system. The project will commence in January 2023.
