Water District selects ThirdWave to write RFP to replace 30-year-old Enterprise Resource Planning System

ThirdWave was granted a contract with Helix Water District, La Mesa, an entity that covers an area of approximately 50 square miles and serves five cities and unincorporated San Diego County.

​

The Systems Integration firm will assist Helix Water implement a robust Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system to replace the existing 30-year-old COBOL legacy ERP. Additionally, the ERP will include a fully integrated Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS). ThirdWave was selected because of its patent pending Rapid Workflow® methodology, which will be used to develop a detailed specification for inclusion in the RFP.
