ThirdWave Returns to Indio to Refresh IT Strategic Plan Originally Done in 2020

City of Indio, CA. ThirdWave has been re-selected by the City of Indio to complete their ITSP Refresh after carrying out the original ITSP in 2019.

 

Located in Riverside County, in the Coachella Valley of Southern, located 23 miles east of Palm Springs. The City is home to 94,000 residents. Indio is a full-service city, with a Police Department, municipal water agency, and an extensive public park system. It is known as the “City of Festivals” for the multitude of music and community festivals held there throughout the year.

 

ThirdWave will produce an updated ITSP and Implementation Roadmap to guide the City for the next 5 years. The ITSP will include an assessment of the rapidly changing Information Technology landscape. The ITSP Refresh will be technologically strategic, fiscally responsible, and responsive to the needs of the City. ThirdWave will also carry out community outreach to promote digital equity and inclusion.

This is the third engagement with the City in six years. Previously, ThirdWave completes the 2019 ITSP and developed the Website Redesign strategy. Our continued relationship with the City of Indio exemplifies ThirdWave’s commitment to the success of our clients.
