LA Family Housing Retains ThirdWave for a 4th Engagement to Procure Enterprise Asset Management System

LA Family Housing (LAFH) helps people transition out of homelessness and poverty by providing a continuum of housing enriched with supportive services. Since 1983, LAFH has become one of the largest comprehensive real estate developers and homeless service providers in Los Angeles and a regional leader providing solutions to end homelessness. With more than 430 employees, and a 75M budget, LAFH is operating a Real Estate organization managing $300 B worth of business. Building, managing and maintaining dozens of housing facilities throughout LA County is challenging, and requires a rigorous Enterprise Asset Management System. LAFH tapped ThirdWave’s asset management experts to help meet this challenge.
This engagement will cover several functions: Facilities, Maintenance & Operations, Asset Management, and Furnishings. The project will provide a best practice process for defining functional and technical specifications, developing a Request for Proposal, evaluating, selecting and procuring the most responsive Enterprise Asset Management System possible.
