ThirdWave Selected to Support Philly Tech Needs
September 29, 2017
The City of Philadelphia, the 6th largest city in the US and Pennsylvania’s largest city, has selected ThirdWave as one of several nationally recognized tech firms for a multi-year, multi-million-dollar, Master Services Agreement. This is the third multi-year contract extension awarded to the Los Angeles-based tech leader.
Other firms selected to support the city’s technology needs include:
CAI (DE), CTG (VA), Gartner (DE), Plante & Moran (MI), SAIC (DE), MTG Management Consultants (WA).
The high-level project objectives are twofold. First, based on “best practices,” modernize and standardize the City’s business processes, thereby increasing efficiency, reducing duplication, and improving timeliness and reliability of management information. The second objective of this significant initiative is to replace the legacy systems that currently support the City’s business operations with integrated systems and new technologies that will enable and support these improved processes.
ThirdWave is proud to be included in this prestigious group of industry leaders. We feel like we’re running up the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, immortalized by Sylvester Stallone’s triumphant run in the film "Rocky."
