ThirdWave Signs Fourth 1-Year Contract Extension with City of Philadelphia

The City of Philadelphia, the 6th largest city in the US and Pennsylvania’s largest city, has extended ThirdWave’s Professional Services Agreement. We are one of a select group of nationally recognized tech firms retained for this multi-year, multi-million-dollar Master Services Agreement. This is the fourth multi-year contract extension awarded to the Los Angeles-based tech leader.

Other firms selected to support the city’s technology needs include: CAI, CTG, Gartner, Plante & Moran, SAIC, and MTG Management Consultants.

The high-level project objectives are twofold. First, based on “best practices,” modernize and standardize the City’s business processes, thereby increasing efficiency, reducing duplication, and improving timeliness and reliability of management information. The second objective is to replace the legacy systems that currently support the City’s business operations with integrated systems and new technologies that will enable and support these improved processes.
