Building Western Municipal Water District’s Digital Future: ThirdWave Delivers 5-Year IT Master Plan

Riverside, CA. ThirdWave developed a 5-year, $12 million Information Technology Master Plan and Governance model to guide Western Municipal Water District (WMWD) in assessing, planning, procuring, implementing, and managing current and future investments in IT. Technology areas include infrastructure, technical resources, governance, operations, and IT organizational assessment. This engagement marks ThirdWave’s 180th government IT Master Plan in the United States and Canada.

The success of this project was due to the strong leadership of WMWD General Manager, Craig Miller, Michael Mouser, Director of Information Services, the leadership team, and staff at WMWD.
